  • How do you pronounce the name Koch’s?

    The original owners, which the bakery is named for, pronounced their name like ‘ducks’ but with ‘k’ instead of ‘d’, so it sounds like ‘kux’.

  • Do you accept credit cards?

    Yes. We take Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, EBT, and Checks.

  • Do you offer donations to churches or charitable organizations?

    Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide donations for organizations that are not on our list of supported groups. Several groups have come to depend on our help and we have committed to continuing to support them.

  • Do you use a mix for your cakes?

    No. All of our cakes are made from scratch using flour, eggs, and sugar.

  • Do you offer wholesale accounts?

    Yes, but it is dependent on the volume of the account as to whether or not we can accommodate the account.

  • How much notice do you need for a special order?

    Times vary, but usually only a day ahead of time, unless it is a large order.

  • What time do you start baking in the morning?

    We start our production at 2-3 am Monday through Friday, our late day is Saturday when we start at 5 am.
